During a Tuesday night meeting of the Ector County Hospital District board the topic of HIPPA violations was raised during the CEO’s report.
MCH CEO Russell Tippin was asked by board member Wallace Dunn if there had been any reports of HIPPA violations or any complaints regarding him to MCH.
Tippin said there had not and called the Chief Compliance Officer Gingie Srevanovich and MCH attorney Steve Steen up to also speak on the matter.
Both confirmed that no one had filed a complaint or report about Dunn violating any regulations.
Dunn was recently the topic of social media posts indicating he had complaints against him.
