Crews with the City of Midland are working on a water main break at the intersection at New York Avenue and North Big Spring Street, where a contractor hit an unmarked line.
Drivers are encouraged to proceed with caution and avoid the area if possible. At this time, they do not anticipate any homes in the area being affected. Businesses at the intersection may experience a temporary outage.
