Police responded to a Monday morning motorcycle crash that left one Louisiana man dead in southeast Odessa.
Officers were called about the crash around 3:54 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Interstate 20.
An Odessa Police Department news release stated the victim, 41-year-old Chad Wilson, was traveling west in the 1100 block of East I-20 on a black 1998 Honda motorcycle and failed to control his speed, losing control of the motorcycle before leaving the roadway and colliding into a guardrail.
Wilson was pronounced dead on scene.
