The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested a 26-year-old man Saturday afternoon who was indicted last year in connection with a 2013 sex crime case.
According to online Ector County District Court records, Christian Sodapop Flores is accused of digitally penetrating a child under the age of 14 in December 2013. He was indicted by an Ector County grand jury on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child in September 2021.
He was arrested and booked into the Ector County jail on Saturday and as of Monday remained in custody on a $150,000 bond.
