A 32-year-old Odessa man was arrested Monday on a warrant issued after two girls alleged he touched them inappropriately last May.
According to an Ector County Sheriff’s Office report, two sisters, 13, and 12, told their mother and a forensic interviewer Samuel Velasquez-Vazquez had molested them on multiple occasions.
Vazquez was booked into the Ector County jail Tuesday on suspicion of indecency with a child. He’s being held on a $50,000 surety bond and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
