Second-graders in Jessica Stangby’s class at St. John’s Episcopal School gave their thoughts of Thanksgiving recently.
This Thanksgiving I am thankful for my family because they are loving and nice. I am also thankful for my friends because they are caring. Another thing I am thankful for are my teachers because they help my brain grow. I am also thankful for my cousins because they are kind.

Thanksgiving is when we get to thank God for all the things He has given to us. I’m thankful for my parents, my friends, my school and my teachers.
