Hope for the Homeless has scheduled free haircuts and a free home cooked meal from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at the American Legion, 2701 E. Eighth St.
The meal is provided by Mi Cocina and free West Texas Food Bank Box-of-Food will also be given away.
Free transportation will be available at the Salvation Army, 810 E. 11th St.
