The Ector County Sheriff’s Office and the Odessa Police Department helped open the ceremony for Special Olympics Texas Area 18 Permian Basin and Big Bend Region Basketball Tournament.
The ECSO office was so honored and excited to congratulate the teams that advanced to the state tournament.
