The Odessa Study Club met at the home of Robbie Brazelton for their April meeting featuring a program on “The History of Hats” which was presented by member Pam Crutcher. Members were asked to bring a favorite hat to the meeting.
Pam presented hats from the 1930’s thru the 1950’s and shared information from a book on how hats changed through history and the role they play in cultures. Also, that Hollywood played a large role in Hats as seen with Jackie Kennedy and Marlene Diedrich to name a few.
