GRADUATES

PORTALES, N.M. Carla Ruiz of Odessa and Toby Kirk of Andrews graduated from Eastern New Mexico University during the fall semester.

PRESIDENT’S LIST

MANCHESTER, N.H. Local and are students have been named to the President’s List at Southern New Hampshire University for the fall semester.

Honored students are: Sarah Flores, Tiffany Shariff and Tabatha Castaneda, all of Odessa; Anthony Kennedy and Esmeralda Mendoza, both of Andrews; and Jaime Lopez of Alpine.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above are named to the President’s List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits; undergraduate day students must earn 12 credits in the fall or spring semester, and online students must earn 12 credits in either EW1 & EW2, EW3 & EW4, or EW5 & EW6.

HONOR ROLL

SAN ANGELO Emmanuel Serna of Balmorhea has been named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll at Angelo State University for the fall semester.

To be eligible, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.30 grade point average (GPA) for the current semester and be on the roster of their respective teams.

WTAMU OPERA PERFORMANCE

CANYON Savannah Poor of Odessa is among other chorus members and understudies performing for the West Texas A&M University Opera’s production Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Branding Iron Theatre in the Sybil B. Harrington Fine Arts Complex on the Canyon campus.
