The Ector County Library will offer anyone in an Ector County zip code a free trial to use Hoopla for a limited time with nothing more than their email address and a device such as a smart phone or tablet.
Through July 31, this service will be available for free for anyone to try with up to four checkouts.
Items available include e-books, audiobooks, comic books, music, and videos.
If you like it, you can then sign up for the more extensive, but still free, version with a library card.
