1. Court records detail criminal charges ranging from marijuana possession to evading arrest for Damon Murad Asad who was killed Monday night in a gunfight with SWAT team officers in north Odessa.


2. Thursday evening, Rondale Farris, 38, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force in Compton, Calif. Farris was wanted in connection with a homicide that occurred in Odessa last summer.


3. An Odessa church pastor has been charged after it was reported he inappropriately touched multiple members of his congregation including a 15-year-old girl.


4. Odessa police officers are searching for a suspect who reportedly fired five shots while driving near 35th Street and Bellaire Drive due to road rage at about 9 p.m. Wednesday. 


5. IN SPORTS: In a high-scoring affair, the UTPB men’s basketball team couldn’t come out on top, falling to the Angelo State in a 95-91 contest Thursday night at the Falcon Dome in Lone Star Conference action.
