Harmony Public Schools returns to face-to-face instruction

Harmony Public Schools West Texas District returned to face-to-face instruction Wednesday at all of its six campuses for the 2021-2022 school year.

Harmony Public Schools’ goal, as they welcome back students, is to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment to all staff and students, a news release said.

“We are super excited to welcome our students back to school. Our faculty, staff, and administrators have worked day and night to be ready to meet every students’ needs for this upcoming school year,” said Area Superintendent Kamil Yilmaz.

Another key area of focus for Harmony will be to make up for any potential learning loss. Harmony Public Schools will provide intervention plans to address student learning needs to include: after school tutoring, small group instruction, and Saturday school.
