Two people suffered minor injuries Wednesday morning when an Ector County Independent School District bus carrying 15 Permian High School students and a SUV collided at Permian Drive and Melody Lane.
According to the Odessa Police Department, the driver of the SUV ran a stop sign, causing the accident.
The bus driver and the other driver went to Medical Center Hospital with minor injuries and one student, who didn’t complain of any injuries, went to Odessa Regional Medical Center as a precaution, an OPD spokeswoman said.
