Ector County Library holding book sale

The Ector County Library will be hosting a book sale from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. July 30 in the library’s basement.

According to a press release, the Ector County Library has all kinds of titles including fiction, non-fiction, spanish, children’s and cookbooks.

Here are some things to know:

>> Fill a bag (the library will provide its patrons with one) with as many books as patrons can fit into it.

>> Cash only please.

>> Up to 30 at a time will be permitted at the sale.

Those that may be waiting can relax in the library’s activity room down the hall, where there will be books to read and free coffee will be available.

The Ector County Library was first established in 1938. It is free and open to the public, serves all ages, has an extensive collection of 200,000 print books, over 20,000 e-books, nearly 100 databases and serves a population of more than 160,000 people locally and regionally.
