Ector County Felony Dispositions: September 29, 2023

The following is a list of recent first and second-degree felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office.

Alcaro Albert Archuleta. Lesser included offense of robbery. Pleaded guilty. Seven years deferred adjudication.

Nathan Franco. Lesser included offense of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance. Eight years Texas Department of Corrections.

Lindsay Marrero. Manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance. Pleaded guilty. Seven years Texas Department of Corrections.

Vasi Milton. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Pleaded guilty. Five years Texas Department of Corrections.

Joe Tijerina. Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Pleaded guilty. 42 months Texas Department of Corrections. Unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Dismissed.

Kasey Unterseher. Fraudulent intent to obtain a controlled substance. Pleaded guilty. Two years deferred adjudication. 120 hours community service.

According to Texas state laws, law enforcement officers are allowed to seize cash and property they believe are the ill-gotten gains of criminal activity. The following are recent civil forfeiture actions filed by the Ector County District Attorney’s Office. Property owners are given the opportunity to disprove the cash and property are the result of illegal activities.
