ASSAULT
- Jonathan L. Aleman, 35, was sentenced to four years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt April 3 on a charge of assault on a security officer. Trotter approved the deal. Jason Leach was the defense attorney.
- Michael Ray Pherguson, 37, had a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon dismissed May 3 because the victim could not be located. Whalen presided. Kevin Acker was the defense attorney.

BRIBERY

- Brian Gene Jenkins, 26, pleaded guilty April 26 to tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and forgery and had his probation revoked.
