Odessa detectives executing a search warrant found 600 grams of THC Thursday night and made an arrest.
According to an Odessa Police Department report, detectives arrested Rudy Aguilar on suspicion of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance after the THC was found in his home in the 3800 block of North Mercury Avenue.
Aguilar was released from the Ector County jail Friday after posting a $50,000 surety bond. The crime is a first-degree felony punishable by five years to life in prison.
