Da Vinci robotic simulator comes to MMH for free community event

Midland Memorial Hospital has scheduled a free community event that will provide guests the opportunity to simulate what the surgeon would be doing during a surgical procedure. This free community event allows attendees to get behind the controls and test drive the da Vinci Surgical System.

The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 24, in the Midland Memorial Hospital Private Dining Room, 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Parkway, Midland.

Robotic-assisted surgery is changing the way complex surgeries are being performed. The da Vinci robot enables surgeons to perform complex procedures with a minimally invasive approach.
