A fourth suspect in a 4-year-old Odessa homicide investigation was arrested Monday, and police are still searching for one more suspect.

The suspect, 38-year-old Noe Garcia Galan, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Monday by U.S. Border Patrol, an Odessa Police Department news release stated, and charged with capital murder.

Officers were first called about a subject with a gun in May 2014 in the 1600 block of North Dixie Boulevard, the release detailed, which later turned into a kidnapping. Soon thereafter, officers were called about shots fired at Neta Place, which turned into a gunshot victim.

Sean Lamb, 22, had been fatally shot multiple times as a result of a stolen large quantity of narcotics, the release stated, and the actions of several suspects reportedly led to the shooting and death of Lamb.

The five suspects were identified as 38-year-old Liz Hernandez, 21-year-old Brian Hernandez, 43-year-old Stacey Castillo, 37-year-old Ruben Hernandez and Galan.

All but one of the suspects, Ruben Hernandez, has been arrested and charged.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ruben Hernandez to call OPD at 432-333-3641 or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.
