The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ABANDON ENDANGER CHILD

Adriana Gomez, 25, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to abandon endanger child with intent to return and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. D. Bret Mansur was the attorney.

ASSAULT

Braydon Lane Henson, 21, had an assault family/house member impede breath/circulation charge dismissed Sept. 7. Judge Justin Low presided.

Daniel Sanchez Navarrete, 30, pleaded guilty Aug. 18 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon (Fv)(F2) and was sentenced to 12 years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. D. Bret Mansur was the attorney.

Darius Petterson, 22, pleaded guilty Sept. 7 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon (F2) and was sentenced to 16 years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge James Rush approved the deal.

Francisco Javier Ramos, 29, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 on two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon (F2) and was sentenced to nine years in prison. Judge Bill McCoy approved the deal. Adrian Chavez and Tony Chaves were the attorneys.

Francisco Renteria, 36, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon family violence charge dismissed Sept. 10. Judge John Shrode presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

Jared Allen Moersch, 25, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 on two counts of assault public servant and was sentenced to six years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Don R. Fletcher was the attorney.

Matthew James Farrier, 37, had an assault impede breathing FV dismissed Sept. 14. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Stevenson Paagyow, 25, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to intoxication assault with vehicle serious bodily injury and was sentenced to five years probation and five years in prison (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Matt L. Thomas was the attorney.

Thomas Dylan Goodson, 24, was granted community dismissal and discharge Aug. 31 on two counts of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Judge James Rush presided. David Zavoda was the attorney.

BURGLARY

Adrian Leonard Rascon, 40, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

Blanca Isella Zavala, 52, had 10 counts of burglary of habitation charges dismissed Sept. 10. Judge James Rush presided. Bob Garcia Jr. was the attorney.

Maria Deloudres Jalomos, 50, had a burglary of a habitation (F2) charge dismissed Sept. 8. Judge Justin Low presided.

CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE

Francisco Renteria, 36, had a continuous violence against family charge dismissed Sept. 10. Judge John Shrode presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE

Samuel Borunda, 23, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to criminal negligent homicide and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

DWI

Chad Regan Kilgore, 42, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to driving while intoxicated or more and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Luke Garrett was the attorney.

Jose Luis Garcia, 62, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to driving while intoxicated, third or more, and was sentenced to five years probation and five years in prison (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Raymond Lee Rutledge, 47, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to three years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Richard Edward Baker, 25, had his probation revoked Sept. 2 on the charge of driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age and was to 11 months in state jail. Judge James Rush presided. Scott Layh was the attorney.

Timothy Bryan Aguirre, 34, had his probation revoked Sept. 1 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more (F3) and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge Tryon D. Lewis approved the deal. Laurel Shedd was the attorney.

ENGAGE IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

Christopher Robert Reaza, 38, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to engage in organized criminal activity and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

EVADING ARREST

Dario Soto Almanza, 21, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Donald Steve Aase Delgado, 23, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Walter Thomas Barnes, 48, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to evading arrest detain with previous conviction and was sentenced to 10 months in state jail. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

FAIL TO STOP AND RENDER AID

Donna Davidson, 75, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to fail to stop and render aid with injury and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Adrian Chavez was the attorney.

FORGERY

Michael Melendez, 31, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to forgery government/national government institution/money/security and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

MANUFACTURE DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Cesar Arevalo Payen, 36, pleaded guilty Sept. to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance, more than one gram, but less than four grams, and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Charlie Garrett, 72, had a manufacture delivery of a controlled substance charge, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, dismissed Sept. 10. Judge Justin Low presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Brian Christopher Watson, 46, pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to possession of a controlled substance, more than one gram, but less than four grams, and was sentenced to seven years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Jason Leach was the attorney.

Christopher Robert Reaza, 38, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to theft property, more than $2,500, but less than $30,000, and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Monica Gonzalez, 38, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to theft (enhanced with two or more prior convictions) and was sentenced to nine months in state jail. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

Michael Melendez, 31, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to unauthorize use of vehicle and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail. Judge James Rush approved the deal.

UNLICENSED POSSESSION FIREARM BY FELON

Austin Dale Twilligear, 26, had an unlicensed possession firearm by felon charge dismissed Sept. 8. Judge James Rush presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.
