ECTOR COUNTY FELONY DISPOSITIONS: August 16, 2021

The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING INJURY

Ryan Michael Zaloga, 30, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to accident involving injury and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Jason Leach was the attorney.

ASSAULT

Caleb Michael Rodriguez, 21, pleaded guilty Aug. 8 to three counts of aggravated assault by public servant and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Cameron Anthony Marson, 42, had two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges dismissed Aug. 3. Judge Justin Low presided.

Kevin Ramon Salazar, 21, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed Aug. 4. Judge Justin Low presided. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Selene Urias, 27, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

BURGLARY

Jessie Clyde Allen, 38, was granted dismissal and discharge Aug. 4 on two counts of burglary of habitation. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

Erica Nicole Hall, 28, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to credit/debit card abuse and was sentenced to three years probation and two years in state jail (suspended). Judge James Rush approved the deal. Feliz Abalos was the attorney.

Lori Ann Leal, 40, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to credit card or debit card abuse and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Panika Sherika Evonta McFadden, 32, was granted dismissal and discharge Aug. 9 on the charge of criminal mischief (SJF). Judge James Rush presided. Glen G. Halsell Is the attorney.

DWI

David Vences, 34, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. J. Roxane Blount was the attorney.

Eric Martinez Hernandez, 53, was granted dismissal and discharge Aug. 9 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more (F3). Judge James Rush presided. Gary Garrison was the attorney.

Freddie Glenn Seabourn, 61, pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to driving while intoxicated, third or more, and was sentenced to 10 years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Hector R. Hernandez, 44, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to four years probation and five years in prison (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Joan Arthie Carrasco, 29, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and was sentenced to five years probation and six years in prison (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Adrian Chavez was the attorney.

Kayla Michelle Munoz, 32, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to five years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Kenny Eduardo Torres, 35, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to drinking while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to five years probation and five years in prison (suspended). Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Lorenzo Medina Vasquez, 49, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

Tracy Zarsky, 48, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to five years probation and five years in prison (suspended). Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

EVADING ARREST

Aaron Nicholas Rayos, 25, was granted discharge and dismissal Aug. 9 on the charge of evading arrest detention with vehicle (SJF). Judge James Rush presided. Justin Wayne Low was the attorney.

Austin Albert Montoya, 23, was granted discharge and dismissal Aug. 9 on the charge of evading arrest/detention with vehicle (F3). Judge James Rush presided. Justin Wayne Low was the attorney.

Caleb Michael Rodriguez, 21, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to eight years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Chris Daniel Munoz, 28, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to evading arrest detention with vehicle and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Robert V. Garcia was the attorney.

MANUFACTURER DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Alexis Marie Miera, 25, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams, (SJF) and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John W. Smith approved the deal. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.

OBSTRUCTION OR RETALIATION

Jose Daniel Marquez, 58, had an obstruction or retaliation charge dismissed Aug. 9. Judge Justin Low presided.

ONLINE IMPERSONATION

Carina Araguz, 25, was granted community dismissal and discharge Aug. 6 on the charge of online impersonation. Judge John W. Smith presided.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Amy Livsey, 51, had a possession of a controlled substance charge, more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, dismissed Aug. 5. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

Brandon Lee Martinez, 24, pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, (SJF) and was sentenced to two years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Laura Renee Allison, 35, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Felix Neboh was the attorney.

Ruben Reyes Rodriguez, 55, had a possession of a controlled substance, more than one gram, but less than four grams, dismissed Aug. 6. Judge Justin Low presided.

ROBBERY

Kevin Ramon Salazar, 21, pleaded guilty Aug. 4 to robbery and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Kris Aguilar Saldivar, 50, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to aggravated sexual assault child and was sentenced to three years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

TAKE WEAPON FROM AN OFFICER

Phillip Dean Galindo, 29, had a take weapon from an officer (F3) charge dismissed Aug. 9. Judge Justin Low presided.

THEFT

Bonita Merlene Wingfield, 62, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to theft and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Feliz Abalos was the attorney.

Oscar Carrillo, Jr., 35, had a theft property charge, more than $2,500, but less than $30,000, dismissed Aug. 5. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Don R. Fletcher was the attorney.

Ryan Nicholas Verzoza, 19, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to theft of firearm and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Daniel Sarabia Jr. was the attorney.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE
