Odessans will be glad to know that the construction of SL 338 Interchange is in its final stage of completion and currently open to through traffic.
This $15.7 million 2020 UTP project included construction of a new interchange at SL 338 and Yukon Rd. and was awarded to Ragel Construction. The scope of work included a new bridge, paving, grading, signals, illumination, signs and pavement marking. Work began in February 2021, a news release said.
While, the interchange is currently open, Monday, Dec. 12, and Tuesday, Dec. 13, traffic will be moved to the frontage road for completion of final roadway markings.
