Connection Christian Church invites community members for Christmas Eve service with special music by Lone Star Brass and soprano Alyssa Guerra.
Events are open to the public and are held at the Connection Christian Church location, 4241 Tanglewood Lane in Odessa.
Christmas Eve at Connection is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday in the Church Sanctuary. It also is available on Facebook.
This will be a child-friendly service of carols, communion and candlelight to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The Lone Star Brass will lead carols and a solo of “O Holy Night” by soprano Alyssa Guerra. A childcare nursery is provided.
The First Sunday of Christmas will include a 9 a.m. worship in the Sanctuary and on Facebook and Children’s Worship (Children’s Wing). At 10 a.m., there will be Adult Bible Studies (no children or youth Sunday school); and 11 a.m. Worship (Sanctuary and Facebook) and Children’s Worship (Children’s Wing).
