The City of Odessa offices opened at 8 a.m. Thursday morning and city services are running.
Trash pick-up is back on the regular schedule for Thursday and Friday and will continue to Saturday.
All customers will be serviced and have a one-time pick up. This includes residents with roll-out carts and commercials with a two-time service if time permits.
