“Citizens on Patrol” is a great program that helps us better work together.
The Odessa Police Department is currently taking applications for the next Citizens Police Academy. Application deadline is March 18. Classes will begin on March 31. There is no registration fee and the Odessa Police Department will provide all classroom materials.
