MIDLAND During this week’s Midland Independent School District graduation ceremonies, representatives from Midland College, in collaboration with the MISD, will present graduates with acceptance letters to Midland College, marking the launch of the ChapConnect Instant Admissions Program. With the ChapConnect Instant Admissions Program, MISD high school graduates are automatically accepted into Midland College, eliminating the need for a lengthy application process.
“Whether graduates have been with us earning dual credits or are new to the campus, we are excited to welcome them into the Midland College family,” Midland College President Damon Kennedy said in a news release. “The ChapConnect Instant Admissions Program offers a smooth transition for MISD students to continue their education and pursue their academic and career goals.”
Midland College offers a wide range of programs and resources tailored to support students in their academic, personal, and professional endeavors. Whether students aspire to transfer to a university or enter the workforce directly, Midland College provides the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
In addition to academic support, Midland College is committed to making higher education accessible through scholarship opportunities. With over 1.5 million dollars awarded in scholarships annually, the college’s financial aid team is available to help students explore their options and secure funding for their education.

We appreciate Dr. Kennedy and Midland College for making this a reality.”
