The Celtic Heritage Society of the Permian Basin has scheduled the Midland Scottish-Irish Faire and Highland Games from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Midland Horseshoe Pavilion, 2514 Arena Trail, Midland.
