American Momentum Bank has hired Collin Simmons as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Collin is an Odessa native who entered the banking industry in 2021. He will serve clients in the Midland-Odessa market in Texas.
“We are excited to welcome Collin to our growing commercial lending division,” Jarod Thomas, West Texas President at American Momentum Bank, said in a news release. “His experience in the Permian Basin and longstanding roots in the community make him a great fit for this role. We look forward to watching him grow in this role and establish relationships with new and existing commercial lending clients.”
Prior to joining American Momentum Bank, Simmons served as a credit analyst for Lone Star State Bank in Midland. There, he honed his skills and passion for building meaningful relationships with clients. In his new role, he will leverage this experience to develop, manage and grow commercial relationships for the bank.
“I am excited to be a part of a bank that is supportive of the local community and local businesses in our area,” Simmons said in the release. “I look forward to connecting with local business owners and getting to know them and their unique needs and aspirations. From there, I can help them navigate financial challenges and achieve their goals.”
Simmons earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baylor University. He is an active member of First Baptist Church in Odessa.
