There is an upcoming water line replacement project scheduled to start on Monday, March 18, on the 2800 Block of Hilltop. The project is estimated to be completed within 6 weeks, a City of Odessa news release said.
Edgardo Madrid and Associates have been appointed as the contractor for this project. The contractor will distribute notices to affected customers one week before any street or alley closures. Additionally, they will provide notices 24 hours in advance of any temporary scheduled disruption to water pressure during the project.
