Beginning Friday, there will be a shoulder closure for West-bound traffic along east 87th Street. The shoulder closure will be between Riverboat Blvd. and Evans Blvd. Private contractors will be installing water and sewer main lines, behind the back of the curb, for future development. Work is expected to take up to 4 weeks to complete.
