The Odessa Police Department and several other local agencies are taking part in a Virtual Torch Run to raise money for Special Olympics Texas. OPD, along with Odessa Fire Rescue, ECISD Police, and the Ector County Sheriff’s Department gathered recently to shoot a video for the virtual fundraiser. The video will be released on the OPD Facebook page.
