Odessa Police Department Crime Scene Unit Supervisor Stephanie Bothwell recently retired after 27 years of service.
Bothwell began in 1995 as a crime scene technician and moved her way up to crime scene unit supervisor.
OPD honored Bothwell with a retirement party.
