The Odessa Police Department’s Honor Guard recently attended the funeral of El Paso Police Department’s Chief of Police Chief Gregory K. Allen #646.
Allen died Jan. 17 after a medical procedure. The funeral took place Jan. 26 in El Paso.
Allen was a dedicated servant of El Paso’s community and always put the needs of people first.
