Ector County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Rick Dickson was presented the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award on Dec. 14.
Big Bend Area Law Enforcement Officers Association BBALEOA/Sheriff Billy B. Hopper awarded Dickson this prestigious award for displaying exemplary performance in his duties as a law enforcement officer and being actively involved in his community.
