2022 Miss Permian Basin Victoria Herrera was born and raised in Odessa.
She graduated from Odessa High School (class 2022) where she was involved in band, Bronchettes Pom Squad, AVID, and National Honor Society.
She has completed her core courses from Odessa College class of 2022 and is currently attending Texas Tech University.
She is majoring in pre-nursing and plans to apply for the BSN program fall of 2023. She then plans to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner.
