The “High and Dry XXII: A Photographic Exhibition of Peoples and Places of the World’s Dry Lands” opened recently at the International Cultural Center at Texas Tech University.

The works of seven Odessa College representatives were chosen for the show this year, including faculty members Gwen Davies, Steve Goff, and Beckwith Thompson; current OC student Natalie Nicolas; and alumni Lucas Munoz, Julian Mancha, and Dave Thompson.

Lucas Munoz received third place, and Gwen Davies and Dave Thompson each received an honorable mention. A group of students and faculty traveled to Lubbock to see the exhibition and to attend the awards ceremony on Dec. 1.
