A water line replacement project will begin on Monday, May 6, in the 3500-3600 Block of W 5th Street, a City of Odessa news release stated. It is estimated to be completed in six weeks.
Edgardo Madrid and Associates is the contractor for this project. The contractor will pass out notices to customers one week before any street or alley closures. The contractor is also responsible for handing out notices to customers 24 hours prior to any temporary scheduled disruption of water pressure for this project.
