MIDLAND Serve Midland is dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals and supporting the community in Midland. Their goal is to come together, have fun, and raise money to support various organizations and causes through the shared experience of tennis with the Serve Midland Charity Tennis Tournament.

This style of fundraising is unique in that the beneficiary changes each year, allowing them to serve various organizations in Midland. This year Serve Midland has chosen Permian Warrior Partnership as the 2024 tournament beneficiary.

PWP is a veteran-focused, community-led initiative to proactively connect with all veterans and ensure access to quality resources and opportunities available in collaboration with the community. We aim to cultivate an integrated, resilient, and prosperous veteran community within the Permian Basin by improving veteran quality of life thus ending veteran suicide, a news release said.

This year’s tournament will be hosted on April 18 and 19, 2024, at both the Racquet Club and Midland Country Club. Last year, the tournament organized over 250 players in both the men’s and women’s division and hope to increase this year. Tournament play will be followed by a “Party on the Patio” with dinner, dancing, raffles and an Exhibition Match played on the grounds of the Racquet Club.

Presenting sponsor is Diamondback Energy and exhibition sponsor is Ventura Energy. If interested in a sponsorship please visit servemidland.com or email [email protected]. Individual teams and spectator tickets will go on sale in early 2024.
