Odessa Housing Finance Corporation, in partnership with Cardinal MF LLC, will have a grand opening ceremony for Magnolia Senior Living, a new affordable senior housing apartment complex, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. May 30.
The ribbon cutting will be at 4 p.m. at 4000 San Antonio St., Odessa. The complex is for residents 55 years old and up.
