Doors open at noon.

West Texas Tattz and Fadez is a convention with more than 100 individual tattoo and barber booths, all competing in one building.

NEIGHBORS NIGHT/FALL MARKETPLACE

Keeping Good Co. Fall Marketplace will continue from noon to 6 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Little Teeny Farm, 4405 Cardinal Lane in Midland.

The weekend’s events will offer free photos with a fall backdrop, a scavenger hunt, an apple cider station, giveaways, women-owned vendor booths and more.

Admission is Free. Ten percent of all market items purchased will also benefit MCRC.

Odessa College has scheduled a Halloween-themed tennis playday for kids ten and under from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the OC Sports Center, 201 W. University Blvd.

Wear your Halloween costumes, play games, participate in tennis clinics, and trick-or-treat.

TEXAS WARRIOR MUDOUT

Texas Warrior Mudout, a Be The Change Permian Basin event, will take place Saturday at Rock the Desert, 2000 S. FM 1788.

First heat will hit the battlefield beginning at 9 a.m. Remaining teams will be cycled through depending on number of participants.

Teams will complete obstacles over roughly a 5k course that will rely on team skills and support. All obstacles must be completed by the team before moving to the next obstacle. Working together you will be successful and build lasting bonds with friends and learn to work together as a team and a community. Teams should be a minimum of three but there is no maximum.

Participants must be 16 or older and complete on-line registration form and sign waiver.

All proceeds go to Be the Change Permian Basin, a local non-profit organization, dedicated to creating a positive shift in the culture of the youth in our community.

Packets may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Midland Athletic Company, 3326 N. Midkiff Road, Midland, or from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday at Rock the Desert.
