U.S. Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) will hold a Town Hall in Odessa at noon Nov. 20 at Odessa College in the Zant Community Room on the second floor of the Saulsbury Campus Center, 201 W. University Blvd.
The Town Hall is open to the public.
