Petroleum Museum 2024 summer camp registration now open

During the Petroleum Museum’s Summer Science Camps, students will engage in fun experiments, creative activities, and robotic design.

The Petroleum Museum kicks off the summer with two STEAM Sprouts Mini Science Camps. Each Mini Camp will feature hands‐on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) based programming for 4- and 5-year‐olds. The camps will highlight collaborative experiments and inventive projects designed to get young minds excited about science.

Cost is $40 per session for museum members and $50 per session for non‐members. Pre-registration is required. STEAM Sprouts is generously sponsored by SM Energy. For a more detailed description of mini-camps, click here.

For students ages 6-8, the museum will be offering 3 three-day Summer Science Camps during the month of June. The cost per session is $60 for museum members and $75 for non-members. Topics include: Funky Physics, Grossology, and the Science of Art.

The museum will be offering two three-day camps for students ages 8-12 in July. They will also offer a Coding with Drones camp for students ages 12-14. The cost per session for students ages 8-14 is $80 for museum members and $100 for non-members. Topics include CSI, Coding with Drones, and Olympic Science.
