MIDLAND Midland College has announced its inaugural winter commencement ceremony, scheduled for 7 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Al G. Langford Chaparral Center on the MC main campus, 3600 N. Garfield. An estimated 170 students are expected to participate.
The ceremony’s program will feature a rendition of the National Anthem by MC graduate Maija Johnson.
Dr. Brandon “Kit” Bredimus, a distinguished MC alumni from the class of 2004, currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Midland Memorial Hospital, will deliver the keynote address.
MC President Damon Kennedy, alongside members of the MC Board of Trustees, will preside over the presentation and conferral of bachelor’s, associate’s, and certificate credentials to the graduating students.
