The Ector County Library has scheduled the Summer Reading Kickoff Party from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday in downtown Odessa’s Noël Heritage Plaza Park.
Sign up to earn prizes and attend the “All Together Now” summer programs put on by the Children’s Department. All are welcomed and it’s free.
Sno-cones will be available for attendees, along with other goodies such as coloring pages, toys, and books and activities such as arts and crafts.
