Odessa High school hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for their refurbished observatory with a retractable roof and telescopes Wednesday night at the OHS Auditorium. The observatory was rediscovered being used as a storage room and with help from various donors, the facility was refurbished over the past year. OHS has also implemented a new inflatable planetarium that can be used alongside with the observatory.
