The Odessa Police Department issued a press release that a 63-year-old Odessa man died after he was stuck by a train.
The fatality reportedly happened at 6:35 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 100 block of N. Muskingum.
The investigation showed 63-year-old Ruben Munoz Jr. of Odessa was struck and killed at a railroad crossing, the press release stated. It happened as a Union Pacific train headed westbound.
No other injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
