FRISCO A bases-clearing double in the eighth inning from Preston Beck proved to be the difference as the Frisco RoughRiders rallied back to defeat the Midland RockHounds 5-2 in Texas League action Wednesday at Dr Pepper Park.

The RockHounds (22-23 overall) built an early 2-0 lead before Frisco (25-21) cut into it in the bottom of the fourth inning with an Elvis Andrus solo home run.

The score remained that way until the eighth when Frisco went ahead with the Beck double as well a Charles LeBlanc RBI single.
