The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Dec. 17, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ABANDONING/ENDANGERING CHILD

  • Aimee Garza, 25, was indicted on a charge of abandoning or endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING INJURY

  • Julian Arturo Hernandez, 32, was indicted on a charge of accident involving death, a second-degree felony.

ASSAULT

  • Alfonso Alvarado, 52, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Russell Vance Shahan, 52, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both of which are second-degree felonies; and a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Ebb Smith, 55, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Donald Ray Daniels, 32, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Danielle Breanna Gore, 23, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • David Bruce Burge, 32, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Clinton Dale McCorkle, 35, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury (family violence), a first-degree felony.
  • Luis Fino Nabarrette III, 37, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Paul Baker, 33, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Sarah Beth Blea, 43, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Charles Cameron Boyd, 26, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Galen Thomas Little, 40, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Jack Lawrence Melvin, 38, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Justin Duane Taylor, 32, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Leticia Hernandez, 20, was indicted on a charge of assault on a peace officer, a second-degree felony.
  • Shauna Marie Raffiani, 26, was indicted on a charge of assault on a peace officer or judge, a second-degree felony.
  • Arnoldo Alvarez-Palacios, 32, was indicted on a charge of assault on a peace officer or judge, a second-degree felony.
  • Elijah Eddie Dominguez, 32, was indicted on three counts of aggravated assault against a public servant, all of which are first-degree felonies; and charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
  • Jesse Zuniga Reyna, 26, was indicted on charges of aggravated assault against a public servant, a first-degree felony; and evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

BURGLARY

  • Levon Harris Cleveland, 29, was indicted on five counts of burglary of a building, all of which are state jail felonies.
  • Chase Brenton Thompson, 33, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Alvaro Covarrubias Jr., 25, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony, a first-degree felony.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

  • Joseph R. Lawrence, 42, was indicted on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse, a state jail felony.
  • Telfort Ferlin, 32, was indicted on a charge of credit card abuse, a state jail felony.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

  • Cameron Ruiz, 30, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.

DEADLY CONDUCT

  • James Leslie Graham, 37, was indicted on a charge of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.
  • Abraham Jr. Hernandez, 22, was indicted on a charge of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Sam Carter Jr., 52, was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated, third or more; and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Yoen Navarrette Garcia, 47, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Apolonio Esequiel Nicolas, 58, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Brian Glenn Roberson, 39, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Rudy Brito Rodriguez, 35, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

ESCAPE

  • Pete Anthony Gonzales, 25, was indicted on a charge of escape while arrested or confined, a third-degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Ricky Lee Ralston, 26, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Kevin Charles Williams, 36, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest on foot with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Randy Hernandez Lopez, 45, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Uriel Loya, 28, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and criminal mischief, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.

  • James Clifton Dearmond, 34, was indicted on a charge of injury to a child, elderly or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury, a third-degree felony.

INTOXICATION ASSAULT

  • Julia Selena Ramirez, 18, was indicted on charges of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

  • Damien Arturo Dominguez, 21, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), five pounds or less but more than four ounces, a state jail felony.

  • Stevy Lee Urias, 39, was indicted on a charge of stalking, a third-degree felony.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Tyree Rashand James, 30, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.

THEFT

  • Cody Wayne McCord, 35, was indicted on a charge of theft of material (copper), a state jail felony.
  • Brandon Lynn Pourner, 36, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
  • Levi John Hermosillo, 39, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
