LAWTON, OKLA. The UTPB women’s basketball team allowed a 12-0 run out of the halftime break and couldn’t recover, falling to Cameron University 84-62 on Thursday.
The Falcons (4-7, 1-4 Lone Star) held a three-point lead after two quarters, but the Lady Aggies surged out of the locker room and outscored UTPB 54-29 over the final 20 minutes.
Briana Caro and Jackie Perez led the Falcons with 15 points apiece.
Savanna James finished with a game-high 23 in the victory for Cameron.
